Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing that no ad valorem rate for school purposes shall exceed the amount required to produce a total available school fund to pay an apportionment in excess of the amount prescribed in Article 2665, Revised Civil Statutes of Texas, as amended, limiting the amount of the apportionment not to exceed Twenty-five Dollars ($25).
