Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing for the prohibition of waste; the consolidation or unitization of separately owned properties in any oil pool, when approved by the Attorney General of Texas, and providing that any such agreement shall be binding upon the parties thereto and the enforcement thereof in any action for specific performance.
