Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing for salaries for the First Assistant County Attorney and the other Assistants, Deputies and Clerks employed in the office of the County Attorney when allowed by the Commissioners Courts of counties having a population of not less than eighty thousand (80,000) inhabitants and not more than one hundred thousand (100,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census, and containing a city of not less than sixty thousand (60,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census.
