Relating to providing for the preservation of all records for the 88th Judicial District Court, giving certain powers to the Judge of the 88th Judicial District Court to approve any and all statements of fact, bills of exception, as well as power to make any other orders necessary in cases tried in the 88th Judicial District Court.
