HB 575, 48th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Statues by providing that any subscriber who willfully fails or refuses to make a written report to the Industrial Accident Board of any injury sustained by any employee or neglects or refuses to give said board any information required by said board which is in the possession of or can be ascertained by the employer by the use of reasonable diligence, shall automatically forfeit its charter to engage in any character of business in Texas and shall be fined for each and every offense.
