SB 82, 48th R.S.
Relating to exempting all nurses and members of the Women's Army Auxiliary Corps, member of the Women's Auxiliary Volunteer Emergency Service, and all members of the armed forces of the United States of America who have served, or, are now serving, or who may, after the passage of this Act, serve as a member of such armed forces during what is commonly known as World War Number Two, being the war now being prosecuted by the United States of America against what are commonly known as the Axis Powers, and which was entered into by the United States of America on or shortly after December 7, 1941, and exempting payment of poll tax.
