Relating to amending certain Acts relating to the collection and apportionment of motor vehicle license fees, providing for the distribution and apportionment of such fees as between the State, counties, and cities or towns in such counties; providing that this Act shall take effect and be in force from and after the first day of January, A.D. 1946.
