HB 649, 49th R.S.
Relating to authorize and require all enforcing agencies under laws of Texas by Legislative, Executive, or Judicial departments of the State Government (or cities and counties where practical) to procure and rely on advisory opinions from administrative officers, faculty members, teachers, instructors, professors and graduate degree students of state supported educational institutions, including Universities, Texas A&M College, as financed by or banned in the Constitution of Texas, to extent subjects enumerated in this Act are required to insure reasonable, fair and just enforcement and administration of laws, with due process and equal protection of the laws; suspending all laws in conflict herewith.
