Relating to repealing certain Acts; prohibiting the use of a seine, strike net, shrimp trawl, gill net or trammel net in the waters of Copano Bay west of the causeway on the main highway northeast of Rockport; permitting fishing with a pole and line, rod and reel, trot line and minnow seine not over twenty (20) feet long; providing a penalty for violation.
