Relating to amending certain Statutes by fixing the term of office of school trustees of independent school districts heretofore created by Special Acts of the Legislature having a Board of seven (7) trustees and being included within the boundaries of a city having a population in excess of two hundred and twenty thousand (220,000) and not more than two hundred and ninety thousand (290,000), as shown by the last preceding Federal Census.
