Relating to creating the Coastal Division of Game, Fish and Oyster Commission; giving the power and making it the duty of the Game, Fish and Oyster Commission to appoint an Executive Officer for the Division; providing that it may perform its duties through said officer; providing the effective date of the act; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
