Relating to amending certain Statutes by authorizing the creation and operation of charitable corporations for the purpose, or purposes, or owning and operating non-profit cooperative hospitals, and for the purpose of providing medical, dental, health, surgical, nursing, hospitalization and related services and benefits, for the members and families of the members of such corporations.
