SB 241, 49th R.S.
Relating to fixing the maximum rate of tax to be levied for school purposes in all county line independent school districts embracing parts of two or more counties, whether organized under general or special laws, and which, according to the last preceding approved original Scholastic Census, had a scholastic population of not less than seven hundred (700) and not more than twelve hundred (1,200) scholastics, and located in counties with a population of not less than five thousand (5,000) and not more than twelve thousand (12,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census; repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith.
