Eppenauer the sum of $5,021.20 in refund of down payments and delay rentals paid by him for State mineral leases Nos. 20,683, 20694, 20685, and 20,057, covering claimed vacant public school lands locate in Pecos County, Texas, adjudged to be in appropriated land not belonging to the State.
