Relating to providing that it shall be lawful for any person at any time to have in his possession, or to place in and have in any public or private storage plant, refrigerator or locker, any game birds, (migratory or other), game animals, water fowl, or migratory water fowl, lawfully taken or killed, not in excess of the number or amount permitted by law to be possessed.
