Relating to amending a previous Act, limiting the time within which ad valorem taxes may be collected by the State, any County, Municipality, or other defined Subdivision of the State; providing for the compilation of a delinquent tax record of all taxes the collection of which is not barred by this Act; providing for payment to Tax Collector for compilation of such record.
