HB 446, 50th R.S.

Relating to amending a previous Act, by providing that chattel mortgages, deeds of trust and other instruments of writing intended to operate as a mortgage or lien upon railroad equipment and rolling stock, as well as written contracts for the conditional sale, lease or hire of railroad equipment and rolling stock, shall be recorded in the office of the Secretary of State; repealing all laws conflicting herewith.
