Relating to amending certain Articles of the Revised Civil Statutes and Penal Code, providing, that the provisions of these Chapters shall not apply to those who practice physiotherapy and confine their practice strictly to non-medical treatment by electricity, massage, exercise by active or passive movements (rather than by drugs) and dietotherapy when confined to treatment by the regulation of diet and the use of food supplements, and making certain other exceptions.
