Relating to amending a previous Act, authorizing the use of gas for the manufacture of carbon black from any gas well completed on or before the effective date of this Act within a common reservoir producing both sweet and sour gas, from which such gas has not been sold off the leased premises to an interstate pipe line company during the year immediately preceding the effective date of this Act; providing a repealing clause; providing a saving clause.
