HB 109, 51st R.S.
Relating to fixing the compensation of District Attorneys in all Judicial Districts in this state; providing such compensation shall include the Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars per year now allowed by the constitution; providing that District Attorneys shall not be deprived of their expense allowance; providing that in certain counties the District Attorney shall receive a salary of Six Thousand Five Hundred ($6,500.00) Dollars per years which salary shall include the Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars per year provided by the Constitution.
