Relating to amending a previous Act, prohibiting the sale of alcoholic beverages by any dealer where the boundary line of the premise on which such dealer's business is conducted is within three hundred feet (300') of any boundary line of any premise upon which is located a church, school or hospital; providing that this Act shall be cumulative.
