Relating to amend certain Act by including within the provisions of said Act the counties of Cochran, Hockley, Lubbock, Crosby, Lynn, Dawson, Terry, and Garza (relative to Panhandle Water Conservation Authority), and retaining therein the counties of Armstrong, Bailey, Briscoe, Carson, Castro, Childress, Collingsworth, Cottle, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Donley, Floyd, Gray, Hale, Hall, Hansford, Harley, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lamb, Lipscomb, Moore, Motley, Ochiltree, Oldham, Parmer, Potter, Randall, Roberts, Sherman, Swisher and Wheeler.
