Relating to empowering any District Court of this State to issue a temporary writ of injunction upon application by a city operating under a special charter or home rule charter where such city has by ordinance found and determined that a serious fire hazard to life and property exists and seeks to enforce such ordinance by injunction; providing a savings clause.
