Relating to amending a previous Texas Statute; empowering the City Council or other governing body of all incorporated cities and towns of the State to pass penal ordinances containing a penalty or fine not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200) instead of the maximum penalty of One Hundred Dollars ($100) as now provided.
