HB 828, 51st R.S.
Relating to providing that no teacher who has a valid certificate to teach in the public free schools of this State who has three or more years of college credit and who shall have made reasonable progress toward his degree shall be prohibited from teaching in such schools by reason of his not having acquired a college degree prior to September 1, 1950.
