SB 219, 51st R.S.
Relating to providing for the Commissioner's Courts in Counties wherein Union Junior College Districts, County Junior College Districts and Joint County Junior College Districts are located to order the election of the first board of trustees, determine and designate the number and location of polling places, appoint election judges, receive and canvas returns, declare the results, issue election certificates, and administer the oath of office; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict with this Act.
