Relating to relinquishing and granting unto adjacent land owners the title to beds and channels of all abandoned rivers, streams and other channels that have been or may hereafter be abandoned by reason of the relocation of the bed or channels of such rivers and streams by flood control districts, drainage districts, or levee improvements districts under an approved plan of reclamation; defining certain terms.
