SB 28, 51st 1st C.S.

Relating to authorizing independent school districts in counties of more than 18,975 and less than 19,025 inhabitants, according to the last preceding Federal Census, under certain conditions to issue time warrants for certain purposes; providing that no such warrants shall be issued or executed after the expiration of two (2) years from the effective date of this Act.
