Relating to amending the Texas Liquor Control Acts so as to make it unlawful for any person holding a Wine Only Package Store Permit or owning an interest in a Wine Only Package Store Permit to have an interest either directly or indirectly in a Manufacturer's License, General Distributor's License, Branch Distributor's License, Local Distributor's License, Wine and Beer Retailer's Permit or a Retail Dealer's On-Premise License or the business thereof.
