Relating to amending the Penal Code by providing for a more efficient law prohibiting hunting, fishing or camping on the enclosed land of another without the consent of the owner; providing for penalties for the violation thereof; providing for the deposit of certain fines collected into the Special Game Fund of the State of Texas; providing for the arrest of such persons.
