Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court in all counties having a population of not less than one hundred and twelve thousand, one hundred and twenty-six (112,126), and not more than one hundred and twelve thousand, three hundred and twenty-six (112,326) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census, to purchase automobiles, and to provide for maintenance of same and traveling expenses, all to be paid for out of Road and Bridge Fund, said automobiles to be used by the County Road Commissioners in the discharge of their official business.
