HB 354, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending certain articles by defining the territory which may be annexed by cities operating Article XI, Section 5 of the Constitution, providing that annexation shall be accomplished in accordance with such provisions as may be contained in the charter of such city, and providing that the procedure prescribed by such charter shall afford reasonable public notice and hearing; setting a limit upon the time within which the validity of an annexation proceeding had by any city may be attacked.
