HB 399, 52nd R.S.
Relating to amending the Penal Code to provide that if defendant has been convicted twice or more than twice of any felony, the punishment for such third or subsequent conviction shall be four times the punishment prescribed in ordinary cases, or imprisonment for life, or if law provides such punishment, death.
