Relating to amending the Texas Liquor Control Act to provide that a corporation which is an applicant for a license shall not necessarily be chartered in Texas if it held a permit to do business in Texas prior to August 24, 1935, and if its officers and directors can meeter certain requirements as to residence in Texas since August 24, 1935.
