HB 632, 52nd R.S.
Relating to providing for the relief of innocent persons convicted of crime and sentenced to the penitentiary; authorizing the Legislature to appropriate funds from the public treasury of this State for the relief of such persons who shall have been granted a full pardon with restoration of full citizenship and right of suffrage by proclamation of the Governor of Texas reciting the fact that such person was innocent of the crime of which convicted and sentenced to the penitentiary; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith.
