Relating to amending certain act relating to the selection of jurors for service in the District and County Courts so as to provide that the provisions of the Jury Wheel Law shall apply to all counties in this State except in those counties where the judges of the courts affected by the provisions of the Jury Wheel Law elect not to be governed by the Jury Wheel Law.
