Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Courts of counties having a population of not less than twenty-four thousand, four hundred and forty-one (24,441), nor more than twenty-five thousand, one hundred and eleven (25,111) inhabitants, according to the last preceding Federal Census, in which counties the Commissioners Courts have authorized county officials to be compensated on a salary basis, to fix the salaries to be paid to county officials, their deputies, clerks and assistants.
