Relating to diminishing the civil and criminal jurisdiction of the County Court of Eastland County, Texas, and to conform the jurisdiction of the District Court of such county to such change; to preserve the jurisdiction and power of the County Court of Eastland County, Texas, over certain final judgments rendered prior to the passage of this Act.
