Relating to making an appropriation to the Judiciary Section Comptroller's Department in the sum of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of any funds in the State Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay the salaries and expenses of the District Judge and the District Attorney of the 132nd Judicial District from the effective date of Senate Bill 17, Acts of the Fifty-second Legislature, Regular Session, 1951, to the end of the fiscal year ending August 31, 1951.
