Relating to authorizing two (2) incorporated cities, towns or villages to jointly operate and maintain hospitals; providing for Boards of Mangers for the operation of such hospitals; providing for delegation of power to said Boards of Managers to control and manage such hospitals and providing for the appointment of Boards and prescribing the powers and duties thereof; providing for contribution of funds for the support of said hospitals; providing that this act shall be cumulative.
