Relating to creating and establishing a Commission to be known as the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Commission, prescribing the number of members of said Commission, their qualifications and duties, providing for the appointment of an Executive Director and employees; giving said Commission the power and authority to make rules and regulations to carry out the purposes of this Act.
