SB 285, 52nd R.S.
Relating to facilitating and encouraging the distribution of gas to the inhabitants of cities, towns, villages and rural areas of the State of Texas by providing that any person, firm or corporation engaging in the business of transporting or distributing gas for public consumption may lay and maintain pipes, mains, conductors and other facilities used for conducting gas through, under, along, across and over all public highways, public roads, public streets and alleys, and public waters within this State.
