SB 304, 52nd R.S.
Relating to providing for election for removal of County Seat by vote of two-thirds of the electors in the county voting when such county seat is situated within ten miles of the geographical center of the court and is sought to be moved to another location, and providing that when the County Seat is more than ten miles from the geographical center and is sought to be moved to a point within ten miles of such center shall be determined by a majority of said electors voting at such election.
