Relating to amending the Texas Liquor Control Act by providing that County Commissioners Courts may prohibit the sale of beer after 1:00 o'clock, A.M., on Sunday, in all areas outside the corporate limits of all cities within a county wherein the governing authority of the largest city in said county has by authority of law prohibited said sale of beer.
