Relating to amending Statutes relating to natural gas by providing that the term "waste" as therein defined shall include economic waste and production or taking from common reservoir where both sweet and sour gas is produced under underlying surface area of three hundred thousand (300,000) acres, or the sale, purchase, or use of such gas before, during or at the conclusion of gathering, at a price less than the minimum prescribed.
