Relating to regulating and licensing itinerant truckers; providing that revenue arising from license fees shall go into the State Highway Fund; requiring insurance and bonds for protection of the public; providing for custody of motor vehicles operated in violation hereof; preserving powers of local units of Government; providing criminal penalty for violation of this Act.
