HB 129, 53rd R.S.
Relating to applying to school districts located wholly or partially within counties of more than one hundred and sixty-five thousand (165,000) inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census and repealing all laws or parts of laws which provide that territory or other property annexed by an incorporated city or town thereupon becomes or shall become a part of any such school district; providing that no board, agency, officer, city governing body or other authority shall have authority to add or annex any such territory or property to any such school district.
