Relating to making it unlawful, except under the provisions of this Act, for any person to hunt, take, kill, or possess any game bird or game animal in Gillespie, Kerr, or Mason Counties at any time; making it unlawful to provide a new license and providing a penalty therefor; defining wildlife resources.
