Relating to allowing the Commissioners Courts in counties having a population of one hundred and fifty thousand (150,000) inhabitants or under, to enter an order increasing the compensation of deputies, assistants and clerks of any district, county, or precinct officer in an amount not in excess of thirty-five per cent (35%) of the compensation allowed under the present law.
