Relating to prohibiting payment of any salary or other compensation from any State funds to any person refusing to answer questions pertaining to communist or communist front affiliations or connections before any court, grand jury, or legislative investigating committee on the ground that it might incriminate him; providing a penalty for violation of the Act.
